  Terrible service. Ordered pizza on 14 Jan 2017, still waiting for my refund. I cancelled my order as it was really delayed- 2 hrs. No one was home, so there was no pizza delivered, still got charged. Spoke to the manager Gary Cranley/ Mr. Panesar, he said he will get it sorted. Still haven't received a refund and I have given up. I have read a similar review here, just shows how terrible their customer service really is.

  Absolutely awful service avoid this place even the small local pizza shops are better than this branch. Waited forever for the wrong pizza when I phoned up I was told I could get a 10% off my next order but they should have offered a replacement immediately I requested a replacement pizza and was told I'll have to wait another half an hour didn't receive the other pizza until 45 mins later and it was cold thanks for nothing I suggest you sort your customer service out.
